We loved our three tours!! And we loved our tour sales representatives. They made great suggestions. They were professional, friendly and honest, Their names were Christopher and Desmond. Ellie was also very sweet. She checked us in. Overall great experience!

We talked to Paul B in the visitors center and he gave us so many recommendations for things to do, places to see, and where to eat. You could tell he really cared and enjoyed telling us about New Orleans! Everything he recommended has been amazing and he cared about what we liked and catered to us!!
We rented a manual wheelchair from New Orleans Rental Services that shares this location with PNO. We were 12 blocks away crossing Poydras when a wheel broke (no fault if theirs. Nola streets and sidewalks are rough). Josh Cole with PNO can't be praised enough for his customer service. He drove an electric scooter those 12 blocks to swap out, no extra charge, and hauled that busted wheelchair back. We were blown away. Thanks again Josh
